Our service contracts enable every member of staff to have remote access, telephone and email support at their fingertips, all for a fixed price tailored to your business. We also manage your computers and network, ensuring that subscriptions for software products are kept up to date as well as ensuring the latest security patches are applied. If needed, on-site support can be included or supplied at a reduced rate, so that when the need does arise, you will know what the costs will be beforehand.
But what if something does go wrong.... well hopefully you have taken our backup service and we can get you back up and running within a few hours, but if not, then we can help with malware and virus removal as well as data recovery off of storage devices. We can also provide loan equipment if needed as well as virtual environments if your premises are rendered unusable for short or long periods of time.
